What type of businesses are your Fractional CMO services best for?
There are three types of businesses that Fractional CMO services are best suited for:
- Early stage high-growth businesses with a small marketing team that don't have the budget to hire marketing leadership yet. You're not ready for a full-time CMO but you know you need marketing leadership to guide the team.
- You need part-time leadership while you hire a more permanent VP of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer.
- You want to build a full-time in-house marketing team but don't have the time to build one yourself and would like an experience marketing leader's help to build and hire for key roles.
-
What are your fees like?
Fees range from $3,000 - $6,000 / month. Fees can be paid as a part of your current payroll. For more details on my services schedule a call to discuss your business needs.

What if I don't have an executional marketing team?
I will help you craft job descriptions for in-house positions and orchestrate the hiring process.
Should you not have the budget for an in-house team, I will help identify the right agencies or freelance contractors to fill immediate execution needs.

What industries have you worked in/for?
I specialize in B2B marketing. I've worked for many industries including web3, tech, professional services, industrial cleaning and sales development. I will work outside of those industries if there is the right fit.

What does fractional marketing leadership mean?
Fractional marketing leadership means that you get part-time CMO services. This will allow you to have strategic leadership without the full-time salary price tag.
-
How do I communicate with you?
I work on your business part-time. I am available via email, Zoom and Slack. I am available for in-person meetings in the Ottawa area, otherwise, we'll work remotely.

Do you do any executional work?
My preference is to teach or hire an executional team for your business. Then I can focus on the strategy needed for your business's revenue growth.
